Meet our Wicked Team! Monica Vale - Silversmith
Inchoo Bijoux has the privilege to be a small business powered by a team of incredibly talented women! We wanted to show them our gratitude with this series of small blog post. Each month we will give you the opportunity to get to know one of the Wicked Girls a little better!
Monica is one of our new silversmith to join the fabulous Wicked Team! After a few years of exploring different venues, Monica is a great addition to a team of strong women in business.
As a silversmith and jeweler, Monica as acquired rapidity in production and she is proud of being able to work fast and fix mistakes as quickly. She considers herself extremely curious and will find unconventional ways to get what needs to be done efficiently.
Her favourite Inchoo Bijoux piece are the Silver Jackalope pendant and Jackalope earrings.
Monica's style is a mix between intuition and instinct. She always starts her jewelry pieces from a sketch then let her creativity flowing. She likes to change pieces, add details, remove parts and remodel material or accentuate and modify it from it's natural flaws.
Her favourite creation was her Seahorse-like pendant necklace. Unfortunately it was stolen from her a couple of years ago.
