What are your delivery options?
The item will be shipped after reception of the full payement. I usually send out packages on Thursdays. If you would like your item shipped before Thursday please invoice me and i will let you know if it is possible. If requested, i can send items by express postage services, you will be charged in consequence. Made to Order items will depart our workshop as soon as we have your final confirmation on the order. If in exeption cases, i don't have the materials needed to make your selected piece, i will let you know, and shipping delays may be revised. If you must cancel your purchase, please let me know within the first 24 hours of your purchase, with no annulation fees. Free Shipping is valid for ready to ship items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. What can I do if my order is damaged by shipping?
If you receive a broken or damaged item from shipping, please let us know quickly so we can work a solution. Pictures may be asked. If you have any problem with your purchase, let me know and we will ajust ourselves. Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are our everyday work, so you are warmly welcomed to join our process. Custom orders usually start from rough sketch, then we discuss everything and begin to create after we receive a deposit. Deposit is usually about 50% from the full price, but sometimes we even don't ask about it, depending on how much item is personalized.
Sizing details The best way to know your ring size is to go to any jewelry shop or repair, usually you can measure your finger there for free. Another option is to buy a measuring gauge (you can find plenty of them here for about 5$. Please, don't use home methods, it doesn't guarantee accuracy of measuring and we can't be responsible for any mistakes. If you ordered a wrong size usually we can resize a ring for additional 20 $ plus shipping costs.
Gift wrapping and packaging Our jewelry comes in elegant Packaging and is ready to give. We can add personal note for free if you need it.
