Production time and transit
All our Jewels are handcrafted and shipped rom our Montreal Workshop.
Please allow us 2 to 8 business days for us to make and prepare your order for shipping. Orders in Gold may take a little longer.
Transit
*USA : 4 to 14 Business Days - (Priority Mail : 24h to 48h)
*International: 6 to 21 Business Days - (Priority Mail : 4 to 6 Days)
*Canada : 2 to 14 Business Days - (Express Postage : 24h to 48h)
Express & Priority Postal Services can be purchased at checkout.
Shipping priorities do not affect the pace your jewelry is made in the workshop.

Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your jewelry, please contact us within 14 Days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
