Steps
1. Consultation, Research & Deposit
Here we take time to discuss, by Video chat, Voice messages or emails about your chosen design and expectations
2. We create a 3D rendering of your project. We will send your screenshots
of the work in progress with different angles. If it's not possible to build in 3D, Astrid will hand sculpt the design in wax. Once we get your approval, we continue with the next steps.
3. Casting, Production & Stone Setting. We await the casting and start working on the metal to make it make it shiny and elegant! If your chosen design has gemstones, we will stone set them at this time.
4. High end polishing and quality control. All quality control is done by Astrid before leaving the workshop.
5. Photography and Last Approval
We will take nice pictures of your finished piece and send them to you as a last validation before the are shipped.
6. 7. Shipping
We package your jewelry beautifully and make sure it reaches you safe and sound. Custom orders are always sent with full tracking in USA and CAN. (international for an extra fee)
Sterling Silver and Solid Gold
All of our jewelry is made in Solid Sterling Silver and Solid Gold. We don't do any platings and never will.
We create every jewel using modern and traditionnal techniques. We are here to guide you through the process and make things easy and fun!
Custom pieces start with a Video/ Phone call, to gather as much information as possible on the project and your sizings (when needed) to make a perfect fit.
