An absolutely unreal customer service experience and exquisite piece of custom jewelry. The shop and owner, Astrid, delivered a level of customer service I thought only existed in a time long forgotten. She walked me through adding black diamond eyes for our 14k gold snake ring and oh how beautiful it was upon arrival. Inchoo Bijoux made my partner and I's first anniversary one adorned in gold. Every detail was magnificent and noteworthy. Our ring was even delivered with some lovely, “hooky spooky,” extras that you'll have to order to find out. I am IN LOVE with my ring. The seller was so commutative with me and so sweet. This ring is gorgeous and very great quality. I am so impressed and beyond happy! I wanted ruby eyes inserted and the seller was more than happy to find the stones. Shipping took long but it is understandable as it is custom made! Would highly recommend this seller!
