• The Beads measure approx 2.5-3mm
• Sizing beads / Speed Bumps are a simple solution for rings that are top heavy and that spin on the finger. Even when having the right ring size, it is possible that a ring that is very ornate on the top, will slip around and turn upside down on the finger. A ring that spins is more vulnerable to damage, when grabbing, or accidentally hitting things in every day adventures. They are also a great solution for fingers that have knuckles that are larger than the base of the finger. The beads allow the ring to pass over the articulation but stay comfortable in place in the finger muscle. The beads will adjust upto 1/4 of a point to 1/5, depending on what you would prefer. We will solder these beads / raised domes onto each side of the shank. The procedure is discrete, doesn't show when worn. This procedure is 100% reversible. It is easily possible to remove the soldered beads if needed (please ask a jeweler and don't do this at home).
