Inchoo Bijoux Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your jewelry, you are welcome to contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please email us at inchoobijoux@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process. 

After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within seven (7) working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. 

It is your responsibility to assume the returning fees, such as envelopes, packaging and shipping fees with your carrier.


Return/exchange broken or defective item(s):  You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item. Please let us know if you cannot send a picture and we’ll be happy to help.

If you need to return an item, we will issue you a return address for you to clearly write on the label or the outside of the box. We cannot proceed with your request unless the return form has not been completed and is present and clear in your package and you have provided us with a tracking number via email at inchoobijoux@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us. However, if you decide to proceed with an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item(s) back out to you. 

Once your package has arrived at our facility it will take a few days (in rare cases it can take up to 14 days) for us to process your request. During this period our workshop staff will verify and account for everything you have sent us. 

As soon as we get a confirmation from Astrid, Maude or Catherine, we will get in touch with you via email to confirm we have received your return and finalize the process. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders, Including engraved jewels
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made if the jewelry is not returned to us. Please also note that Inchoo Bijoux gift cards are non-refundable.

If you need to exchange your ring or have an adjustment made to it's sizing our of our exchange window, please purchase this listing. It covers our handling and repairs time + tracked shipping back to you. This listing also includes other repair options in the event that you have damaged your jewels by accident. Jewelry Cleaning and Polishing
If you live in the Montreal area, you can stop at our workshop anytime to have your Inchoo Jewelry Polished and Cleaned. For customers that need to ship in their jewels, we have a flat rate for this maintenance that covers tracked shipping back to you.

WARRANTY

All items come with a 3-month (90 days) warranty. During this period we warranty the state of our jewelry will not be altered if worn in normal conditions. You can find more information about how to care for your jewelry here:
You can return your item(s) in the original conditions for a full refund, get a replacement, or make an exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us. However, if you decide to proceed with an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item(s) back out to you. 

For our Solid Gold Jewelry, we offer an extended 1-year warranty (365 days).  If you experience a defect or another quality problem with your item during this period, please contact us to discuss your replacement and exchange options.

Please note: We use genuine gemstones in our jewelry, and love the organic variations in each stone.  We do not consider naturally occurring inclusions and “imperfections” to be flaws, and they do not qualify for a replacement or exchange during the warranty period. Pearls are fragile and can be damaged easily from friction and scratches, for those reasons, all pearls jewels are excluded from an extended warranty. It would be a pleasure to repair any jewelry, replace a pearl on an extending piece, if needed.
