Every time you order from Inchoo Bijoux, we make each piece by hand just for you. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Add the following time guide estimates to the planned shipping.

Non-personalized jewels: 2-10 business days
Personalized pieces 3-14 business days
Custom Orders 7 days to 4 weeks (case-to-case, contact us)
Gold Jewels : 2- 21 business days

Orders with expedited shipping, these items will become our priority, the price includes a skip the waiting list. And will be worked on the instant the order is placed. Expect a 24-72h production to be safe. As much as we put all efforts to make these jewels priorities, sometimes the chosen pieces can take a bit longer to create. If you need your jewels by a certain date, always message us first to make sure it's possible to get them in your deadline.


Packaging
Our mailing envelopes are made by PlumePak, a local business specialized in small item packaging. The exterior mailing boxes are made out of recycled Kraft cardboard. It includes a protective Styrofoam that is recycled based product and recyclable. The box sleeve is made out of high quality recycled paper and cotton, imprinted with our logo. For bigger items, we send out adapted boxes.
They are perfect to gift as is. The packaging is made slick and elegant. If you would like to add a special message, let us know at checkout, we will add it to our Custom Cards.

All our Parcels include our signature Card, a How to take care of me card, a promotional coupon and a business card. Orders over 100$ receive a small gift and/ or a jewelry polishing cloth depending on availability.

Europe: 6-21 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 8-45 business days
Asia Pacific: 8-45 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 6-45 business days

Please keep in mind that our transit times vary greatly. It has occasionally happened that packages were substantially delayed up to 45 days, normal and usual transit times vary between 7 and 14 days.

When travelling across borders, packages sometimes get stuck at customs. We do not have any control over this. It’s in the hands of the country’s customs, unattainable. Please understand that there is a small risk of having your package delays. This is not common but does happen. Once the package leaves our hands and gets to postal international postal services or customs, we can’t do anything to make things go faster. And unfortunately some take their ******* time.


Customs and duty charges
You are not responsible for knowing your countries customs and duty policies prior to purchasing. We have no control over your countries customs and duty charges. Some will charge, some will not, and all at different rates. Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random. Please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges these. For these reasons, we cannot reflect those fees in our pricing. These are not extra shipping charges. We are not responsible for them and will not refund you these amounts. You can argue with your local customs and mention to them that this is a handmade article and not a manufactured item. Most countries have exceptions for handmade products.

Tracking your order

Visit www.purolatorinternational.com or www.ups.com/ca  or https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home or https://www.fedex.com/en-ca/tracking.html and enter the tracking number received in your shipping notification email. Please note tracking information will be available the day after you receive the shipping notification email. If you have chosen our free shipping option, the parcel leaves our workshop via regular mail, which doesn’t include tracking. We do receive a notification when the parcel reaches your home. We ship our parcels using the Chitchats postal services in Montreal, they automatically transfer to USPS in the states and in local postal services in the country they reach. If a parcel can't be sent with Chitchats, we ship them via Post Canada. If required an overnight shipping option, we will most Likely use Fedex.

Tracking your international order
Unfortunately, tracking numbers work best when parcels are headed towards the same country. (Except Can-US, which work). When a tracking numbered parcel leaves the country, it is not changes to a new tracking number until it reaches the countries postal service, where it will be updated. Once the package leaves Canada, it might not update until it’s delivered. The package will show as frozen, but it doesn’t mean it isn’t moving. Please note that if a tracking option hasn’t been added to the order, it will leave our workshop by regular shipping and delays.

Lost Packages:
If you think your package has been lost in transit, please let us know. Once packages leave our workshop, they are in the hands of the postal service. We have little control over what happens. If there is an issue, please let us know so we can discuss the next steps together. Don’t worry, we will get you your jewelry. Every case is different, these are our general policies, and all situations are held as a case-by-case basis. If your issue is not addressed here, no worries, we will work with you to help resolve all situations.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard free shipping and express shipping options. See below for rates and estimated delivery time frames.

All orders are initially shipped using Chitchats, Purolator International, UPS, DHL, FedEx or Post Canada and will be delivered by Canada Post, in the Canadian territories.


Business Days & Holidays

All orders ship between Monday & Friday, excluding federal holidays. Federal holidays can also slow down the shipping delivery times and change the estimate delivery schedule.

Packages do not ship from our workshop on the following days:

What should I do if I want to cancel or update my order?

You can cancel or update your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order enters our shipping queues. Please just email inchoobijoux@gmail.com to cancel an order or update your shipping/order information.

Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?

Unfortunately, discount codes don’t stack and only one code is eligible per order.

Can I refuse to receive a package?

If you do not wish to accept a package for any reason, you will be fully responsible for the return fees that charge to Inchoo Bijoux.
