Current production times: 3-5 days Approximate business days before your order ships, does not include transit time. Last updated October 2018
If requested, i can send items by express postage services, you can find the express shipping options in the Add-on Section.
If you must cancel your purchase, please let me know within the first 24 hours of your purchase, with no cancellation fees.
Free Shipping is valid for ready to ship items, included in custom orders.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 3-20 business days
Europe: 3-30 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-4 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-4 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 3-4 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. I cannot be held responsible for items stuck at customs and delayed by postal services.

Custom Orders and Personalization
Custom orders are our everyday work, so you are warmly welcomed to join our process. Custom orders usually start from rough sketch, then we discuss everything and begin to create after we receive a deposit. Deposit is usually about 50% from the full price.
