At Inchoo, we have been surrounded by departures that have inspired us to create these important keepsakes. We have witnessed your griefs, been there in your most important moments. We felt important to dedicate a collection to the great loves of our lives in an Eternal way.

We have created a few different collections for your preferences.

Our Jewelry Options

Urn Cinerarium Jewelry - Pendants, Rings and more, in which we create a pocket that will hold Ashes/Cremains that are soldered inside forever. This selection is ideal if you intend to wear your jewelry around humid/ wet environments as it is our most watertight. Engravings are included with all Urn Jewelry.

Window Shadow Box Jewelry Urns - Pendants, Rings and more, which have visible ashes, or small trinkets. They are kept safe and set behind a Quartz or Glass window. They are set to the most impervious way possible but can have small gaps from where water can enter. They are not recommended around pools, spas, etc. We do not use resins, epoxy or glues. Engravings are included with all Urn Jewelry.

Window Shadow Box Victorian Hair Jewelry - Astrid has been practising for months, using her own hair, to create beautiful love knots. These knots of hair are set behind a Quartz or Glass Window. They are set to the most impervious way possible but can have small gaps from where water can enter. They are not recommended around pools, spas, etc. We do not use resins, epoxy or glues to make sure your heirloom will endure the test of time and be passed down to generations. Please store them in a dry environment (away from a washroom), remove them for sleeping and wear them meaningfully. Engravings are included with all Urn Jewelry.
NOTE for Pet Hair : Fur, whiskers, feathers are harder to braid, we will make sure to make something elegant that fits your style.

Engraving Memorials - We have created a selection of jewelry pieces that have meaningful symbols, they can be engraved with texts of your choosing. These pieces do not have a place to store ashes or to add hair. If you would like one of those models to be transformed into memorial jewelry, we are absolutely open to making something custom for you.

Process Information

All Urn and Shadow Box jewelry involve that you send us your ashes and hair to our workshop, so we can encapsulate them for you.

For Ashes : Please send in a small plastic bag, upto 2 tea spoons of Ashes/Cremains. For the urns, we recommend smaller "pieces" to be able to put more inside. For shadow box pieces, we recommend pieces under 2mm thick. If you are not comfortable sorting these out, we are, don't worry about it.

For Victorian Hair Jewelry : We currently are comfortable offering 2 styles of weaves. The process of protecting the hairs and drying them in place takes a couple of days, please keep in mind that this option has a minimum 2 weeks turnaround.
Love Knots : Love knots look beautiful in shadow boxes. They require a minimum length of 4 inches of hair.
Basket Weaves : Basket weaves are really beautiful, especially if braided with 2 types of hair. They require a little less length of hair as well. Please make sure to supply a minimum of 2 inch long hairs.

Astrid is currently working on hair embroidery in silk as well, which requires a minimum of 6 inches.
