Let us Resize your ring : 4 Options - Thin Band or Large Band - Silver/ Solid Gold
Sometimes fingers change with seasons, hormonal flows, weight and other factors.
This option is to resize a previously ordered Inchoo Ring, either in Sterling Silver or Gold. Any Gold Ring that is sized down will be returned with the little excess piece.
This listing can also be purchased for a ring size exchange that occurred out of our free size exchange window (1 month).

I Lost a Gemstone : 2 Options - Synthetic CZ & Semi Precious Stone ( Precious & Diamonds, please inquire)
If you lost a gemstone on your Inchoo Ring, please let us know as soon as possible and stop wearing the damaged ring. You can ship it back to us after purchasing this listing & giving us the most accurate details about the loss and damage that occurred.
Diamonds and Precious Stones are determined case by case.

The Gemstone Fell out : 2 Options
The difference for this option is that you still have the gemstone in your possession and we don't need to provide a new gemstone.
If a gemstone fell out during our warranty period, please send the jewelry back to us for a free exchange and repair. If the issue happened out of our warranty window or wasn't cause by a natural or normal wear, please purchase these options.

I got Stuck/ Stepped on/ Damaged the jewel
Please message us with pictures of the damage that occurred, we will tell you which option to purchase here.

Jewelry Polishing and Cleaning
If you live in the Montreal area, you can come visit us at the workshop anytime for a jewelry re polishing and cleaning. If you are an international customer, it would be a pleasure to re polish your jewels and clean them, we simply charge a Shipping back flat rate.

Production time and transit
All our Jewels are handcrafted and shipped rom our Montreal Workshop.
Please allow us 2 to 8 business days for us to make and prepare your order for shipping. Orders in Gold may take a little longer.

*USA : 4 to 14 Business Days - (Priority Mail : 24h to 48h)
*International: 6 to 21 Business Days - (Priority Mail : 4 to 6 Days)
*Canada : 2 to 14 Business Days - (Express Postage : 24h to 48h) Express & Priority Postal Services can be purchased at checkout.
Shipping priorities do not affect the pace your jewelry is made in the workshop. If your order needs to be speeded, please message us. More information can be found in our Shipping Policies.

If you are not 100% happy with your jewelry, please contact us within 14 Days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Please email us at and we will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Because of the nature of these items, the following can not be returned or exchanged. (unless arrived damaged or defective)
