We adore custom orders! You are warmly welcomed to join our process. Custom orders usually start from a rough sketch, then we discuss everything and begin to create after we receive a deposit. Inchoo Bijoux jewelry is made in precious metals. All our collections are made in Sterling Silver or in Massive Gold (10K to 18K).

Production time and Transit
All our jewels are made and shipped from our Montreal Workshop.

Production time:

Please allow us 2 to 8 business days for us to make your jewel and prepare it for shipping.

Transit:
*USA: 4 to 14 business days – (Priority Mail: 24h to 48h)
*International: 6 to 21 business days – (Priority Mail: 4 to 6 Days)
*Canada: 2 to 14 Business days – (Express Postage: 24h to 48h)

If you are not 100% happy with your jewelry, you are welcome to contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
